Card payments and early pay

Card and early pay (under Payments) shows two programs.

Virtual card

Paying by single-use virtual card earns the agency a rebate from the issuing bank. The page lists suppliers paid often in moderate amounts by ACH or check who could move to card, with the rebate each would earn. Card fees fall on the supplier, so ask first.

Funded early pay

Suppliers who want their money sooner can sell an approved invoice to a supply-chain finance funder through the portal. The funder pays them now, less its fee. On the due date, the next payment run pays the funder in full, never the supplier. The agency pays nothing extra.

The page shows the funder, the smallest invoice it takes, the fees suppliers paid, and every funded invoice with its status.
