Use Spend on your phone

Approvers have a phone view at /m on your agency’s Spend address. It shows the approvals waiting on you, each with the facts, the lines and the original document, and big Approve and Reject buttons.

Install it

1. Open your Spend address on your phone and sign in.
2. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap Install app when the browser offers it.
3. Open Spend from the new icon. It opens straight to your approvals.

Turn on notifications

In Settings on the phone, find Approval notifications and choose Turn on. Spend then sends a notice when something is routed to you, without any third-party push service in between. Choose Turn off to stop them on that device.

Add a passkey

In Settings, choose Add a passkey so you can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of your organization’s sign-in each time.
