How we work with agencies
- Prove it first. We run a bake-off on a sample of your own invoices and validate the connectors against your ERP sandbox before you sign.
- Start where the pain is. Most agencies begin with accounts payable and payments, then add purchasing, sourcing and contracts.
- Go live in waves. Each wave goes live on its own, with a cutover plan around your fiscal calendar and any blackout periods.
